How much does shipping cost?
We offer $4.95 shipping on US orders up to $50, and $5.95 on US orders $51–$74. FREE shipping applies to all US orders $75+ and all International orders $100+. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?
Please contact us immediately at support@autoedge.store with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it — so please double-check your address at checkout.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
Yes — if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. Please email support@autoedge.store with your order number as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but you are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.
I ordered multiple units, but only received one. Where is the rest?
If you ordered multiple VoltEdge units, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability at our fulfillment centers. You should receive individual tracking numbers for each package. If only one tracking number was provided and multiple units are missing, please contact us at support@autoedge.store and we will investigate immediately.
I'm not happy with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Absolutely. We offer a full 60-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your VoltEdge for any reason, simply email us at support@autoedge.store with your order number. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. If your item arrived damaged or defective, send us a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
I haven't received my order yet. Where is it?
First, check your tracking number (sent to your email within 1–3 business days of ordering). If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us at support@autoedge.store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve it for you within 48 hours.
Are there customs, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs?
We ship worldwide. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not within our control. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure before placing your order.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your VoltEdge for any reason, email us at support@autoedge.store and we will refund you in full — no return shipping required. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For damaged or defective items, we will replace or refund at no extra cost.
