At Autoedge, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below for details on processing times, shipping estimates, tracking, and delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

Order Tracking

All Autoedge orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 1–3 business days of placing your order.

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing, contact us at support@autoedge.store with your order number and we'll locate it immediately.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Autoedge ships internationally. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival in your destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. Autoedge is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@autoedge.store with your order number and the correct address.

We can update your address as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect or intercept the package.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order has not arrived, please contact us at support@autoedge.store. We will investigate with the carrier and follow up with you within 48 hours.

In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Autoedge unit arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@autoedge.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return shipping required.
